NOTICE TO THE MARKET<\/strong><\/p>\n

DEBENTURE RATING REVIEW<\/strong><\/p>\n

Concession\u00e1ria do Aeroporto Internacional de Guarulhos S.A..\u00a0(“Company”) hereby advises the holders of its 1st and 2nd issue debentures and shareholders that on May 23, 2016, Fitch Ratings (“Fitch”) downgraded the local credit rating of GRU Airport\u2019s 1st and 2nd issue debentures to \u2018BBB (bra)\u2019, with a negative outlook.<\/p>\n

Accordingly, current ratings on debenture issues are as follows:<\/p>\n

1st series of 1st Issue Debentures in the amount of BRL75 million maturing in March 2025: National Long-term Rating downgraded to \u2018BBB (bra)\u2018, with a Negative Outlook;<\/p>\n

2nd series of 1st Issue Debentures in the amount of BRL75 million maturing in June 2025: National Long-term Rating downgraded to \u2018BBB (bra)\u2018, with a Negative Outlook;<\/p>\n

3rd series of 1st Issue Debentures in the amount of BRL75 million maturing in September 2025: National Long-term Rating downgraded to \u2018BBB (bra)\u2018, with a Negative Outlook;<\/p>\n

4th series of 1st Issue Debentures in the amount of BRL75 million maturing in December 2025: National Long-term Rating downgraded to \u2018BBB (bra)\u2018, with a Negative Outlook;<\/p>\n

Single Series of 2nd Issue Debentures in the amount of BRL300 million maturing in October 2026: National Long-term Rating downgraded to \u2018BBB (bra)\u2018, with a Negative Outlook;<\/p>\n
