CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER APPOINTMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Concession\u00e1ria do Aeroporto Internacional de Guarulhos S.A. (“Company”), pursuant to the provisions of CVM Instruction 358 of January 03, 2002 and subsequent amendments, informs its shareholders and the market in general that, at a meeting held on February 26, 2016, the Executive Council appointed Mr. Gustavo Soares Figueiredo as the Company\u00b4s CEO, in addition to his present mandate.<\/p>\n

Gustavo Soares Figueiredo graduated as a Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro – UFRJ, has master\u2018s degree in Production Engineering from the Fluminense Federal University – UFF and MBA in Logistics from the Office of Graduate Studies and Research in Business Administration – COPPEAD – UFRJ, has occupied the position of Executive Manager of New Business in Investments and Participations in Infrastructure S.A. – INVEPAR and has held other roles in the area of new business since 2011.<\/p>\n

Mr. Marcus Vinicius Monteiro Santar\u00e9m which was interim CEO will remain in the role as Statutory Director of the Company.<\/p>\n
