MATERIAL FACT<\/strong><\/p>\n

INVESTIMENTOS E PARTICIPAC\u00d5ES EM INFRAESTRUTURA S.A. – INVEPAR<\/strong>\u00a0(“INVEPAR”) and\u00a0CONCESSION\u00c1RIA DO AEROPORTO INTERNACIONAL DE GUARULHOS S.A.<\/strong>\u00a0(“GRU Airport”) inform their shareholders and the market in general, pursuant to paragraph 4 of Article 157 of Law 6,404, of December 15, 1976, (“Brazilian Corporate Law”) and CVM Instruction 358, of January 3, 2002, (“ICVM 358”), that the sale of ten percent (10%) of the shares issued by Aeroporto de Guarulhos Participa\u00e7\u00f5es S.A. (“GRUPar”), originally held by INVEPAR, to Airports Company South Africa SOC Limited (“ACSA”) has been concluded.<\/p>\n

The above-mentioned share purchase and sale transaction was disclosed to the market through Material Fact on October 5, 2015.<\/p>\n

As a result of this transaction, the capital stock of GRUPar, the company that owns fifty-one percent (51%) of GRU Airport\u2018s capital stock, will be divided as follows: eighty percent (80%) held by INVEPAR and twenty percent (20%) held by ACSA.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-677","news","type-news","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"\nMATERIAL FACT -
